The deal, in plain language
- Training is free. Completely. Courses, quizzes, certificates, live sessions, and the resume builder cost nothing, and no fee is ever charged to VAs at any stage — including placement. Anyone asking you for money in our name is a scammer; report it to us.
- Placement is competitive and never guaranteed. Completing courses, earning certificates, and strong assessments earn you priority consideration for roles — they do not create an employment promise, an employer-employee relationship with PHVA, or an entitlement to any job, interview, or income.
- You control your profile. You choose what to add and whether employers can see it. Employers only ever receive introductions through us — they never get your contact details from the platform directly.
Accounts
One account per person, real name required, minimum age 18. You're responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, impersonation, harassment, cheating on assessments, or scraping.
Certificates & assessments
Certificates attest that you completed specific coursework and passed its assessment on a given date, verifiable by code. They are not academic degrees or government credentials. Assessment results may be shared with employers as part of your profile when your profile is visible. Cheating (including having someone else take an assessment) voids results and certificates and may close your account.
For employers
Employer accounts and job posts require our approval. Candidate information is confidential: no contact outside our introduction process, no reposting or reselling candidate data, and compliance with applicable labor and anti-discrimination law is your responsibility. We may decline or remove any employer or post at our discretion.
Content
Course materials are ours (or licensed to us) — personal use only; no republication or resale. You keep ownership of what you upload (photo, resume, voice sample) and grant us a license to store and share it per the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, employer conduct, or outcomes of placements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the proper courts.
